According to the Sun Herald the Recreational Park Trailer Industry Association issued a warning to RV operators and Campground owners that FEMA trailers being auctioned off by the General Services Administration may be defective.

Key problems with the trailers are:

- They may make owners sick
- They lack an RPTIA inspection seal
- They are not under warranty and formaldehyde levels may not have been tested.
- They have water damage and mold

Well a few things...

1: These are FEMA Trailers, not CLASSIFIED AS PARK MODELS, so NO they would not have their label....duh
2: NO used trailer is sold with a factory warranty
3: Formaldehyde is BS. Lawyers trick. FEMA trailers were built with standard household and trailer materials. They were taken to the Southern heat and closed up...All they needed was to be aired out. Case went to Congress and was thrown out.
